rptinacroll.pl (in cgi/inac) - updated inac nominal roll report. Adds
truncating to the middle name (initial) to convert to initial. Updated
sorting to give normal grade, name sort. Also fixed data error for
multiple grades.

markadd1.pl (in tcgi/marks) Update to Teacher Mark Add - fix to
evaluation scheme viewing.

Sunday, Oct 4 - Update to report card script to fix average calc reset.
rptrepcard.pl - fixes a textwidth bug and adds commenting by start/end
term (to match subject printing).

usermanage1.tgz - allow addition of user accounts on external server
from OA student accounts.

attaddall.pl - adds multiple homeroom entry (teacher has more than 1
homeroom), and reason checking.
