April 28 - New report card features that fix several things and add
new features: select starting, ending term, effective end date for
attendance, optional trailing and leading blank cells in subject area
to give cleaner look. It has selectable paper and fontsize. It has a
new transformation function to change objectives into new columns to
support British style school evaluation ( with Term Marks and Exam
marks), as well as other user options.  This includes an updated
repcard.conf (goes into etc), and a new libattend.pl (goes into lib)
along with the new rptrepcard.conf.
