Sept 20, 2008 - gradebook updates for scoreadd.pl (in tcgi/gbook) -
was writing score records when no values entered. This in turn,
impacted the ability of the fill function to fill blank values. 

The testadd.pl script (add assessment items) was displaying passed
values when doing writes.

Both fixed. Found during Eagleview inservice.
