July 8 - rpttranscript - updates to transcript report to allow for
letter grades used for withdrawning students (W/P, W/F - Withdrawn
while Passing, Withdrawn while Failing) that will print the courses on
transcript but ignore GPA, Attempts, etc. Any underdefined letter
grades will be handled in the same way.
